The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
The laws of the Republic of South Africa, excluding conflict of law rules, govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Metaverse South Africa directly.
If You are an EU consumer, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.
You warrant that you are not located in a country subject to embargo or designated as a restricted party by relevant regulatory bodies.
